By submitting a form, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.
✦All payments will be done trough PayPal only.
✦All communication will be done in English language.
✦You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your country to order.
✦All communication and file handling will be done over email, unless agreed otherwise. Please, be professional and stay on topic.
When submitting a Form
Form Changes
This form will be my major reference. I will be going back to it when working on a Commission. If you happen to make any big changes to the form after the commission is accepted, I may decline your commission, or you might have to fill out a new form before agreeing to continue any work.
Communication Details:
✦Please may sure you don't misspell your email address. You probably won't get a email from me if that happens.
Text Details:
✦Details must be filled in using the English language.
✦Please be clear, succinct and make sure you don't miss out on any important details.
✦I wont judge grammar, but please, don't exchange letters with numbers. Each sentence should end with period so details don't get mixed up.
Reference Images:
✦Character references should show character from back and front. Character references should be flat colored (no shading, grain or gradients over colors) to see markings and colors clearly.
✦You may send pose references. If they happen to be photos, please make sure they are not pictures of you or your friends/family.
✦No photos of real animal genitalia.
✦If you do not own a visual reference or you might be looking for a design alterations, a additional fee will be charged. ($20 - $40 depending on complexity/additional back and forth required)

I Like to Draw:
Fantasy and Sci-Fi themes, Dudes, Chicks, Muscles/Chub, Armors and Weapons, Hooves and Horns, Size Difference
Not confident with:
Chibi/Anime, Females in intercourse, Macro/Micro, Hyper
I Will NOT Draw:
Child/Cub, Scat, Feral, Internal shot, Intense Gore, Vore
How Does it Work?
The process:
✦When I open for commissions, There will be form that will be available to fill out for couple days.
✦I will be going trough submitted forms the day or day after I close commissions, and I will be sending out emails to provided addresses. These WON'T be selected on 'first come, first serve' basis. I will be picking commissions according to what interests me the most at the moment and/or what I see will fit best in my schedule. (For example, I would not wanna take 10 big orders at given time.)
✦I may be sending a email with question or two before accepting a commission if there happen to be things that are missing or need more clarification.
✦If I accept your commission, you will receive an email and a invoice for the full amount to a provided PayPal. This needs to be payed before any work starts.
✦After sketch is done I will send you it for review. You may request up to 3 changes, anything over will result in additional fee.
✦You can request to see the lines before colors are done to see things more clearly. This is the last time you can request small changes to line-art.
✦After image is complete I will send you it for review. If there happen to be anything missing (colors, markings, small piercings/rings) you can request fixes.
✦After image is approved, I will send you a Up-loadable version, as well as High resolution version of the image.
Refund policy:
✦If you may happen to want a refund for an ongoing commission, keep in mind, if there is any work already done, I will be keeping a percentage of the cost for what has already been completed.
✦I reserve any right to refund a commission at any time. If that happens, you will get 100% of what you payed back, even if there was any work already done.
✦Completed images are 100% non-refundable.
Where Additional Fees that may apply:
✦Alternative versions*
✦Complex markings or details, Wings or Extra Limbs
✦Detailed armor / weapons
✦Excessive liquids
✦If there is anything that needs to be designed and will require additional back and forth.
✦Tight deadlines

*Complicated Alternative versions such as Nude/Full Armor will be more costly compared to Nude/Underwear, as bulk of the work is the lineart and colors. We will discuss these fees before any work begins.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans for commission over $400.00 are available.
I Reserve Rights to:
✦Post any Commissions.
✦Use any Commissions for promotional purposes.
✦Decline a Commission at any time.
✦Update my ToS or Prices.
You have Rights to:
✦Post finished Commission.
✦Print your Commission for personal use only.
✦You can make small alterations to finished commission. (Small re-coloration, Adding small details, Cropping, Adding text)
